Madie Moro

Madie Moro is deeply committed to supporting children as they navigate the challenges of family transition. As someone who once participated in the Children’s Divorce Workshop herself, Madie brings a unique perspective and heartfelt empathy to her work. Her personal experience fuels her passion for helping children feel seen, heard, and supported during one of the most difficult times in their lives.

Madie is a Des Moines native and currently studies at Drake University. In her role at the Iowa Center for Children’s Justice, she coordinates and facilitates the Children’s Divorce Workshops, ensuring each session offers a safe, engaging space for growth and understanding. With care, compassion, and a commitment to positive impact, Madie helps children walk away from the workshop with new tools and a renewed sense of confidence.
